Daniel Marchese has a strong educational background, graduating from the University of Michigan with a degree in English, the University of Michigan with a Masters in Public Administration and a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Since he began as an attorney, Daniel has practiced in the areas of Family Law (Divorce, Prenuptial, Postnuptial, and Custody Issues), Real Estate Law, Landlord Tenant Law, Estate Planning & Probate, Debt Settlement and Bankruptcy, and General Civil Litigation.
Brian Harrison
Brian D. Harrison is an accomplished attorney with over two decades of experience in commercial and corporate law, commercial litigation, criminal law, and family law. He earned his Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2000 and was admitted to the Michigan Bar in 2001. Throughout his career, Brian has held significant positions, including serving as a Commercial Litigation Associate at Howard & Howard Attorneys, PC, and as an Assistant Prosecuting Attorney for the cities of Southgate and Clawson, Michigan. In 2021, he established his own practice, Brian D. Harrison Attorney At Law, P.C., in Brighton, Michigan. As Of Counsel to The Private Firm, Brian brings his extensive legal expertise and commitment to client service, enhancing the firm's capabilities in delivering comprehensive legal solutions.
LEONARD RAYKINSTEEN
Leonard is a registered Patent Attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is admitted to practice in State Courts in Michigan. Leonard specializes in the procurement and enforcement of intellectual property rights, as well as in the evaluation of intellectual property rights such as patentability, infringement and freedom-to-operate legal opinions. His practice consists of preparation and prosecution of patent applications in various technical arts, including the mechanical, software, chemical and electro-mechanical arts. Leonard further prepares and prosecutes trademark applications, and provides legal opinions on trademark clearance and registration. In addition to previous law firm practice experience, Leonard is a former patent examiner with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. At the USPTO Leonard examined and prosecuted patent applications relating to computerized systems, devices, and their corresponding data processing methods, gaining expertise in the area of computer software and subject matter patentability issues. Prior to beginning his legal career, Leonard had over 10 years of Automotive Engineering and Materials Science experience specializing in the areas of polymer-based technologies such as coatings, adhesives and plastics, as well as aspects of inorganic materials relating to steel, aluminum, and metal alloys.
